  • Uses: Anti-inflammatory
  • Preparation: Tea made from bark

  • Scientific Name: Aquilegia vulgaris
  • Family: Ranunculaceae
  • Habitat: Tall Grass Prairie/Eastern Deciduous Forest
  • Uses: Sore throat remedy
  • Active Chemical Ingredients: Magnoflorine
  • Preparation: Eat a piece of root, or drink tea made from leaves
